Prototype of semantic wiki with ACE Grammars is functional

Risk assessment: integration of all tools is not complete (ACE, GF, Ontology-interoperability). Proceeding with a simplified architecture while keeping the core functionality in place so that the work can continue. The additional functionality will be integrated in parallel.

Verification: First online version of the multilingual semantic wiki.

Initial integration with the GF tools has been achieved. The source code is publicly available:
