MOLTO Enlarged EU (MOLTO-EEU) kickoff meeting

The MOLTO Enlarged EU (MOLTO-EEU) Meeting is the kickoff for a new phase of the MOLTO project which adds two new member sites and two new workpackages to the existing workplan. The meeting is an internal meeting of the MOLTO Consortium however presentations on the first day are open to the public. The program will include general introductions of the newcomers, their research interests and the objective of their participation in MOLTO. Original members of the MOLTO project are encouraged to attend the meeting, present their new results to the Consortium, and to learn about the new additions to the project.

The meeting is hosted by UGOT on 12-13 January 2012.

I leave the 13th at 14:30, so I prefer to have the talk on WP6, WP7 earlier in the morning. Is this possible?

There will be special rates for lodging? or we must book right away?
