I am currently reading this document and I would like you all to spend some time on it: read the parts that are closer to your research interests and give feedback.

BEWARE: It is not an easy read for technically inclined people, from my experience that is.

This document intends to draft a vision for the near future, until 2020, of Language Technologies. This means our work too.

Impacts on MOLTO:

• any technology we develop must fit in the vision for LT2020
• any resource we share (we are part of META-SHARE) must conform to the vision
• our expertise in high-quality translation is unique and we ought to be heard.
